According to decision FCTC/MOP1(1), the Meeting of the Parties decided to use the Financial Rules and Regulations of WHO as the financial rules referred to in Article 33.4 of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products. In accordance with the WHO Financial Rules and Regulations paragraph 6.4, instalments of assessed contributions are due and payable on 1 January of the year concerned.
