At its first plenary meeting on 8 October 2018, the Parties to the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products elected the following officers to Committee B: Dr Leimapokpam Swasticharan (India) as Chairperson and Mr Andreas Weinseiss (Austria) and Mr Lundeg Purevsuren (Mongolia) as Vice-Chairpersons.

Committee B held its first meeting on 8 October 2018.
