Article 32 (Reporting and exchange of information) of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products requires each Party to the Protocol to submit to the Meeting of the Parties, through the Convention Secretariat, periodic reports on its implementation of the Protocol.

The reporting instrument of the Protocol resembles that of the Convention in its format and uses the same online reporting platform.
