The reporting instrument of the Protocol is an online questionnaire covering various implementation aspects in accordance with Article 32 of the Protocol.

In February 2024, at its Third session, the MOP decided to adopt a new reporting instrument for Parties' biennial reports.

Parties are requested to complete their implementation reports online on a reporting platform. The reporting platform can be accessed during the reporting periods only through a link sent by e-mail to the designated focal point(s) of the respective Party. The PDF version of the full questionnaire is available below for information only:
