The Convention Secretariat informs participants that Panama is currently working with the seven official hotels to ensure free-of-charge cancellation.
The requirement would be that participants cancel their existing booking at least three days before the scheduled check-in date.
More detailed information will be shared in the coming days.
In the meantime, we strongly encourage all participants to contact directly the hotel where they have made their reservation to get more information and further guidance.
