The Head of the Convention Secretariat has the honour to transmit to the Ninth Session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) the report submitted by the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General on resolutions and decisions at the Seventy-second, Seventy-third and Seventy-fourth World Health Assembly and the WHO Regional Committees relevant to the implementation of the WHO FCTC.
