This report provides information to the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control on the election process for the President and Vice-Presidents of the COP, according to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure of the COP and in line with the Special procedures for the conduct of the Ninth Session of the COP, subject to adoption by the COP.
