Burkina Faso WHO FCTC Needs Assessment

Overview

Burkina Faso ratified the WHO FCTC on 31 July 2006 and the Convention entered into force for the country on 29 October 2006. A joint assessment of the needs concerning implementation of the WHO FCTC was conducted by the Government of Burkina Faso and the Convention Secretariat, including a mission by an international team of experts from the Convention Secretariat and the WHO Country Office in Burkina Faso from 1 to 8 July 2013.
