This glossary of terms contains the terms and definitions contained in the Convention and the implementation guidelines.

The glossary is expected to further promote the use of the terms and their definitions contained in the Convention and the implementation guidelines adopted by the COP. This can be useful in the development of normative documents and implementation work by the Parties, such as the development of national legislation or tobacco control strategies and action plans.
