Jordan WHO FCTC Needs Assessment

The ratification of the WHO FCTC on 19thAugust 2004 commits the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to meet the obligations to the treaty. A needs assessment exercise for implementation of the WHO FCTC was conducted jointly by the Government of The Kingdom of Jordan and the Convention Secretariat on 17-19 October 2009. The detailed assessment involved various relevant ministries and agencies of the government of the Kingdom of Jordan with support from WHO.
