Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the Parties

Overview

The sessions of the Conference of the Parties shall be governed by these Rules of Procedure. These Rules of Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Meeting of the Parties of any protocol if so provided in that protocol, or if the Meeting of the Parties to that protocol so decides.
