BrazilCosta Rica, Philippines,Togo Convention Secretariat of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) Create or strengthened National Coordinating Mechanism (NCM) to raise the tobacco control policies to the top of governmental agenda, ensuring the creation of multisectoral tobacco control response at different levels of governance. During the project, a diagnosis of the situation regarding the implementation of the WHO FCTC Article 5.2 in the recipient countries is done, based on which the provider country (Brazil) prepares a “Guidelines for smart approach”, containing a methodology related to stakeholders mapping and involvement. Three workshops on National coordinating mechanism will be conducted in Manila, Lomé and San José. Report coming soon
